Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities of Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and more.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Karachi: 2-3 business days
• Other cities: 3-5 business days

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery charges apply at checkout
• Free delivery may be available on selected orders or promotions

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email to track your parcel.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability of customer, the order may be returned. Reshipping charges will apply.

8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
